What are your thoughts On Mikealo as Event Master & Yoda

Look, i'll voice my opinion.
Mike as a person, you're a great lad. You're friendly and so on-
However as yoda, I believe its best you step down. You've stated to me and others in the past that you're currently at Uni, and I believe its best you focus on that then Gmod. Jedi currently isnt in the best state, it isnt entirely your fault. But from peoples opinions ive seen here and heard in game, they mostly blame you. Jedi currently needs an active yoda, yes I wont deny that you have improved. However I believe its best for you to step down and focus on your irl life then a video game. Because when we need you on to sort people out, you just arent on.
I know you likely dont want to let the trolls win, but the argument is just getting petty at this point.

I heard about what happened with Locho and I'd like to use myself as an example as I did something similar and got a much less of a punishment within the event team.
First thing I'd like to say is that I did it in an event which I was not an EE and used my powers which i shouldn't have done and took responsibility for, however in Locho's case he was an EE which he was given permission to use from the event host. As well as not using his powers apart from using !heal as he was an event character he was removed instead of a strike in the event team or demotion and in my case i only got a strike that was originally meant to be a demotion but I apologized and made amends with the people I killed with a week ban ( I was in the GC Major job and not EE ) but Locho got straight up removed without any strikes with no player punishments. To sum this situation up I believe its blatant favoritism, all punishments should be fair to the rules that were broken.

In your case you were given a weapon where you didn't have the best of knowledge in what it actually does.
With this, you had went up to an NPC and tried to kill it. Whilst doing so unfortunately you had killed 5+ players along with them by accident.
In which, you were meant to be Demoted, Striked and Banned for 2-4 Weeks. Though we as Senior Staff decided that it wasn't truly intentional like LoCho's case. So you got let off with a less severe punishment.
On LoCho's case, he well knowingly went around using force powers that can one shot players and should only be used for testing.
Quarter way through the event, other members of staff/event team, members of the community within OOC and Mikealo told him to stop using the lightsaber.
He then replied to them saying "Not my event"
LoCho then proceeded to use the lightsaber, one shotting troopers, running around as a 5,000 HP, Buddha'd Event Character named "Death" for the rest of the event.
He then proceeded to kill around 5 players at the end at Debrief.
Some see the punishment as harsh, but this sort of behaviour isn't condoned within the Event Team and no one should be welcomed within the Event Team when you have this sort of attitude.
jesus this still going on, just slap the man on the wrist and tell him to either drop yoda or drop event staff as he clearly cant handle both at the same time
bare in mind mike had to lead Jedi when there were pretty much no gens at all, ostro, jeb, zambeh, griffle, zolair, bean, curt all left close to his promotion for there own reasons and mike was the only one there to bring it back up to an even standard.
