tbf most of the event team are wank all, This could be to blame Mike but we can also blame the seniors for not doing anything about it.
So why blame him? Simple he doesn't stay active enough on the server to even be considered active for his own regiment, So why have him in the highest position for event staff?
If you are event master or whatever the name is called, Yes you aren't meant to do many events HOWEVER you will be expected to give feedback during events, making sure they are running smooth and picking people who can bring creative ideas to the server.
If he can't be active for Jedi how is he meant to be active for Event Lead?, If he is stressing out then help him out and either remove him from one so he can focus on another one.
When it comes to other servers which have both an Event Team and a Staff Team they work it out well, They have the Event team's only job is to host events, whereas they have staff focus on staff things. By the looks and sounds of how Event Team is at the moment is, Event Team is meant to do Events whereas Staffs job is also to do events but also take care of people during the day, so overall you are doing them all wrong, Would focus on fixing the event team so the events staff actually do events and not just wait till they do quota and leave it for a week and leave staff to do staff stuff.
TLDR
Give mike some help in the event role or remove him so he can focus on Jedi.
Have the Event team focus on events and stop letting the Staff team do events, if the Event staff aren't doing events just remove them.
Give Keller Senior admin so he can focus on the Event Team and Staff Team with Painite or have Rush and Deadshot help out on the server.
