Suggestion: Add some civilian and protocol droid models to the server

Reason:
These models would be really useful for passives and events, having civilians models means we can stop using the HL2 models for when we need civilains and have more star was accurate looking civilians running around, they are also NPC's so we can use them instead of pirates and droids during events. With the protocol droids, it could be used within passives and events aswell, they could even be added to the Legacy donator job. Also C3PO would finally be on the server which could be unique RP with both R2 and Anakin both being already on the server.

The civilian pack has been suggested and denied before, but it is definitely needed for an RP server. I don't wanna keep having to use HL2 models.

The pack is large which I think is the reason it was declined last time but the models are really nice and would be a million times better to have these to use instead of the half life 2 ones and you could also replace a pack like the scientist pack as there are similar models that could fit the same role if need be.

Admittedly it is a bigger pack but it would also be used alot more

I could see loads of uses for it, from ECs to just small amounts of NPCs to populate an area like a bar for example, hostage models rather than the same twilek slave all the time or the fat half life models that snap back ever 2 seconds
 
Hi, I cannot remember if I did actually suggest it or if I mentioned it and was told no, but essentially we are in dire need of models for civilians. Right now the options are pirates, prisoners, scientists (that just look like villains) or Half Life citizens which have different weights and cannot be dragged the same as CGI models.

The Civilian Pack is good for all but the protocol droid pack also has a bunch more uses, like security droids instead of having to fake having "police" on planets using the Mandalorian or Concordian police models, so already that's a plus side, and then if you really felt inclined then legacy jobs could have a regular protocol droid, it also lets us use droids for events that can speak and give information like from the show, so HEAVY +1 to both of these.

It's a big pack but be silly for an RP server not to have RP models

I also believe it was suggested when the server was having some major performance issues and we were having to remove alot of content, so we were not in the place to add 200 odd mbs.

Do you reckon with the current performance these would be viable? Personally i think they would be now as it is 200mb's but these would be extremely useful
 
Yes, please I need more Starwar model to make my event more starwar and not half life.
