Rp names aren't unlocked after changing to an event character

Description of Bug: When changing to an event character job that has force name change on it once you come off of the job and try to change your name back to what it was before the job change it doesn't allow you to do so.

How to replicate: change to an event character job like Count Dooku then change back to your normal job and try and change your name

Admin+ and Active Dev can use the command /freerpname [Name] to fix this issue
It is due to the game thinking someone is in that job with the name currently if I'm not mistaken

make the freerpname command available for tmod+ or smth, problem solved

Solution Ive heard in the past is to change your name to something completely different, then go back to the one you want
