Riggs Weapon Changes

Your In-Game Name: Boggis
Suggestion: Change Riggs' weapon to have a lower grenade capacity and increased healing. Also to change the weapon to allow for the grenade mod to be a firemode instead of resetting the guns loadout. The main point of this suggestion is that the grenade mod for Riggs' weapon to be able to be swapped between like Plank's gun through E+R.
Addons Needed (workshop link):
Reason: It makes it quite annoying to use as firstly you have to constantly change the loadout of mods on the weapon during events/combat. Secondly, the grenades in its current state require it to be spammed in order to sufficient healing and this can not only sometimes fail to register on the game but can also blind everyone else due to how intense the smoke produced is and this isn't really useful in breaches.

would be good, currently riggs' smoke is disruptive to cqc situations, reducing the opacity would aim to prevent that.

changing it over to a firing mode would also be a great QOL change, been suggested before but nothing came of it

Very true as multipel complain about the smoke being to big and that has made people not play riggs beacause of the reactions they get
 
If it made the player experience better, go for it
 
Since the stats have pretty much been released, Dylan should know that Riggs is gonna be healing 100 per bacta nade (compared to the 50 it should be doing now). But the alternative ammo, seems a bit overpowered considering you can easily switch between shooting and healing the WHOLE squad. Plank is different on the other hand cause he is only able to target 1 person at a time but Riggs has AoE healing.
 
Since the stats have pretty much been released, Dylan should know that Riggs is gonna be healing 100 per bacta nade. Could say the same for the MD/AMD bacta nades except they heal to Max, if you really wanted just enable the switch to last and hot swap between them, the reload on Riggs is pretty slow and I think the healing radius is smaller as well

Well you're comparing a SSG job versus Medical Directive. Riggs is already good at it is, with him having access to MO level equipment pretty much or just weaker MD equipment and with him also having access to a solid weapon.

Considering he's a donator Job yeah he should have better gear as it stands I reckon the basic bacta nades are better, MOs also get a medi-gun which is better then it, besides the AMD/MD nades are still better cause they're faster don't need to reload and faster to swap to, Riggs has to stop go into a menu heal 300hp slw reload heal more maybe then go back into the menu swap out then reload again cause it sets you to one bullet and it's all just such a pain in the ass an sucks the fun out of a character, access to a good weapon yes but that weapon is completely locked out as an option whilst healing unlike other jobs that can just hotswap in about a second

tom mate, right now he's wank to play, its a needed change, fail to see the logic in forcing people to use the c menu to use his heal. if you want to act like hes insanely op go for it, just know that your wrong
 
dylan knows it should be 100 healing, just cant be arsed commenting on this post, he also says why do admins care if a staff sergeant in rc is as good as AMDs healing, but they dont care when rc lt+ is worse than 327th SGT (shotgun)

make up your minds when it comes to stats
