Character Story: Makarov was a member of the Coruscant Guard during the earlier days of the Clone Wars. He was part of the anti-drug department, fighting against criminal groups dealing with industrial-scale drug production on Coruscant. During one of those actions, he and the rest of his squad went into a warehouse suspected to have been a staging area for mass drug distribution by a gang of rhodian refugees. While he was following his commanding officer's orders as they all entered the warehouse, they were ambushed by an overwhelming number of gang members, protecting their product. Makarov's squad was given the order to shoot-to-kill. In the end, some of the gang members managed to escape. But not without the drug dealers killing his entire squad, and suffering critical injuries.
He had enough strength to call for reinforcements, but he fell unconsious shortly after. He later woke up in the infirmary, and when he asked the medics about what happened, the medics told Makarov that he lost a lot of blood and suffered numerous injuries. They also told him that his arm was able to be saved without the need for amputation, but they stated he would need to request the engineers from the 327th regiment to instal hydraulic actuators onto his armor on the weakened arm to regain full range of motion and strength. Makarov was frightened at first, but wasn't willing to give up this easily.
After being relocated to Rishimoon Base to join the coruscant guard stationed there, he has been assigned as the regiment's quartermaster, maintaining his regiment's weaponry, gear, and assist the war effort in any way he can, despite his injuries.
PAC3 Request: Included in screenshots. The gun you can see in those might end up being scrapped due to difficulties with hiding the weapon's original model. As for the lamp on the forearm actuator, its a spotlight, to find fugitives in low light environments. The gun's two barrels is cause of its stun function. Bottom one for regular combat, Top one for stun.
DISCLAIMER: Ignore the playermodel, the pac was made in a testing environment and couldnt find the appropriate model for CG enlisted troopers. And the PAC isnt even a necessity. Might just keep the hydraulic parts if the gun and backpack turn out to be inappropriate, and work from there.
