Describe in your eyes, the role of the regiment and position you are applying for: Darth Vader is the head of the Inquisitorious. An extension of the Emperor himself, he seeks to eradicate the remaining Jedi in exile among the stars. Lord Vader's personal role aside from executing the Emperor's will is to ensure the Grand Inquisitor and his disciples remain disciplined and on task.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for the role?: I've played sith a couple times, always good fun. Been in the majority of the specs when they were on IMP so ik my way around the ethos and modus operandi. I pride myself on pragmatism and object to favouritism.

How active can you be?: daily if you say yes

I might not have been there, but I've heard of a corruption case involving him where he abused his staff powers to pose as an ISB Director for a passive event and punish those who wronged his friends IC, which just shows that he will possibly resort to favouritism once put in a command position. This incident resulted in rule changes regarding what ranks can be used during events (Similar to what CW has). It just shows that he shouldn't be trusted in any command positions or staff roles, as he might hold personal grudges against people.

For a position such as vader i feel as though the application lacks effort. Compared to others who have applied for the position which makes me lean to the -1 i have given.

Regarding what tom said i do feel like people can change and im sure jay can, but i do think for someone with an abuse of power history would maybe be better to make them work for positions. That said i think with the experience listed they would make a good Lord/overseer and then can work up to council.

Very well aware people can change and all but more looking at its Vader hes applying for. If it were to come down to like applying for lower tier Brother/Sister I think it would much different but I think he should still work his way up to the high ranks as you said. Plus theres already better people for Vader, Grand Inquisitor and even 2nd Sister imo.

I very much agree with that. This is why i also said maybe giving them a lord/overseer role would be better suited then giving them council/vader. And as you stated there are others who have made better applications and are more qualified for the position.
