Hello all,
Thought I might as well say hi with MVG Imp coming back should see me as often as I can
A bit about me I'm from the UK and played MVG back during 2019 - 2020. I first joined the 212th but was allowed to go on a big 6 month LOA due to going on tour in Iraq.
But I was welcomed back with open arms by Exo Falco who was a great sport getting me back in the reg and helping me fly up the ranks becoming one of his Cpts.
212th was in a great place and I noticed 501st was pretty much dead, so I decided to transfer over to the 501st and use my military experience to make it as fun as I could. After regaining my Cpt rank the 501st was the biggest regiment our officer core was full and NCOs were working hard (May or may not have poached some officers )
During this I felt like a became a good pillar of the community, I was always happy to talk with people did some big multi reg trainings and just had a general laugh. One of the Generals kept pestering me to become DT which I did but still enjoyed 501st.
Unfortunately that same General kinda made me feel overlooked and underapricated for the effort I put in and I decided to take my leave.
At that's that for my MVG time not as big as others
My personal life, I am and ex soldier only doing 4 years in the Army, but still in the reserves and currently serving as a Police Officer and saldy slowly getting older by the day.
If you got this far I appreciate the read and if anyone remembers me feel free to message it will be good to catch up
Scotty out
