Suggestions: Re-do fleet jobs, change gens models and remove unused model pack.

Reason: Should be self-explanatory.
The biggest changes are as follows:
- Removing Starfighter job (Branch is merging with RND).
- Removing all Branch leader jobs as they are pointless.
- HP now scales instead of being 350, 400, 500. The value in brackets is compared to the current value.
- Models are refined and correct.
- Commander+ have Dual Defenders instead of just Admirals.

Fleet jobs
Instead of comparing and adding and removing, I've just put it in a table. If it's not in the table the job shouldn't have it. This is a start-from-scratch type job, not an edit current. Remove the starfighter job.
It's being merged with RND for something I'm sure won't be controversial at all but this will come later.Swap General's Models (I was asked to add this since I was also doing fleet jobs.)
They are the same, the only difference is the rank is green instead of what Fleet uses.Every General Job:
