Suggestion:
Add Builders job to Spec ops server (If added)
Give it basic perms such as building, Noclip and tool gun access. Shouldn't need anything like banning or kicking simple stuff.
Can be given to MJR+ with perms from Admin+ (Possible with LT+ if trusted)
Must have a time slot on the staff event page on the SS
Must follow rules with it or will be banned from using the job

Reason:
As much as I hate setting up events for people I do like setting up smaller spec ops/black ops for a regiment or two, So instead of going to staff and sitting there telling them what goes where just allow us to build freely, I'm sure if we can be trusted with MJR+ we can be trusted to host a spec ops on a server for our own regiment, So allow us to go build our own spec ops and make it accessible for others who don't have staff to be able to host one without the unneeded stuff
(Obviously vote on this is Dylans gets accepted, only making it in case staff try that thing where its "ooo no suggestion was made so cant vote on it" xx)
