Bacta Injector QOL change

Suggestion: Make it so that the Bacta Injector (weapon_bactainjector) makes a little sound like the Jedi Force Heal ability does when the target you're healing is full HP. And also so that it stops working/healing like when you're trying to heal yourself with it when on full HP

Addons Needed (workshop link): None

Reason: Right now the Bacta Injector doesn't do this so having to ask everyone you heal multiple times if they're full HP is very annoying, it's basically just a quality-of-life thing​
