Reason: Remove Nyssa Delacor from Council member job since it not been used in a long while and replace with Jocasta Nu model. Nyssa Model size is roughly 6mb while Jocasta Nu is only 1 mb.

We feel that the quality of the model does not look very good as well with if the librarian were to be added it would not make much sense to go into combat rather this would just be a RP job sitting in a library.
