Not entirely sure what you’re asking here to be honest but the way blacklists work within Green Company is that you can’t really get unblacklisted as it’s usually permanent. If you talk to the CO then they might look into the reason you’re blacklisted and give you a chance if they feel you’ve changed/learnt from what you did.
Different from each regiment, but i think it mostly depends on how long ago it was. Some regiments remove them after 4 months, some 6, some a year, yada yada. I got removed from GMs blacklist when i just asked, although it had been a long time, and it was fully new people in the regiment.
