Why do you think you should be unbanned: trial mod abusing powers. He was a cg arresting 3 people teleporting us and physgun to make it easier for himself. warning all of us for i dont even remember, some bullshit then i get kicked for warnings so i join back but it says im banned for ltap and nitrp.

i tried it keeps saying file too large then when i trim the video it says this The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension. The following extensions are allowed: .txt, .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .gif

sorry but i cut the clips already for discord and just uploaded them cuz it shows the main parts i can explain if u need something else. Really nothing else to it we got stuck behind a door and the other ct might have tried hiding behind a door and he kept physguning and tping. Is that not enough? and i get banned for ltap when i didnt lol.

and server was about to reset cuz of huge lag either way does it really matter

Hi Boris, sorry that you're upset with the ban, however it was perfectly valid in my eyes. What these clips fail to show is the following context:

1. For the prior 5 minutes, you, and the other two CTs banned, proceeded to binder abuse (which I explained to you in chat) despite multiple verbal and formal warnings. I clearly said in chat that if you continued to binder abuse you would be banned.
2. The server tickrate was very low, and Painite was attemptng to do a map reset, which would've released you guys. When an announcement went out saying there would be a map reset, you guys decided to binder abuse more than you already were, attempting to ensure you weren't in brig for the map cleanup, so you'd be released. I warned you guys about this, but as you didn't comply and were getting stuck intentionally, I spoke with Painite in admin chat and decided to teleport you past the Brig stairs and control room, a distance of about 10m, to stop the abuse and get you in the cells so the lag could be fixed. Usually I'd seek another alternative, but as the server was dying, and everyone was waiting for me for a map reset, I took this actions.
3. After being TPed into the Brig you continued to binder abuse (again, despite many warnings) whilst also yelling down your microphone unsavoury things and generally not being compliant. This went for all three of you, and it was at this point I took the course of action of a 24hr ban.
4. When I started handing out warnings for the 24hr bans, you left the server (our logging system shows if you timed out or disconnected) to avoid punishment. This is furthered by the fact that upon rejoining the server you changed your name to CT Larry to accept to deceive staff.

I hope this explains the context fully.

larry is my other name i can change my name when i want to, and getting kicked for too many warnings is not ltap also u were not saying anything in chat u were just warning us for "binder abuse" then warned us that ur banning us? to give us more warnings then we already have. You really wanted us arrested that bad in the 1 minute left that u had to use ur admin powers to do it faster?
