Add Cutter Class

Suggestion: Add the Cutter Class Droid to the server as a new hostile NPC

Reason: Looks fun and current droid NPCs are very bland with it just being a gun fight. These should be interesting to use

Only thing that concern me is how much it would lag the server when it get used, otherwise it look cool

After some testing, droid is good and probably won't lag much, manhack AI is simple and it doesn't break into a bunch of props like a manhack. It also doesn't crash the server like the buzz droids that were initially suggested.

Sucks they aren't buzz droids but would defo be a cool addition!
