Different from each regiment, but i think it mostly depends on how long ago it was. Some regiments remove them after 4 months, some 6, some a year, yada yada. I got removed from GMs blacklist when i just asked, although it had been a long time, and it was fully new people in the regiment.

Even if it was to show up in chat that they go into spectate, they can just choose to do !spectate, and then you cannot see who/where they are spectating at, just that they are spectating.

The current movement speed of RC was reduced, it is the same as the other normal regiments now. Its simply a way to get back the speed, while not being able to run and gun with it. Knife out, speed increase, gun out, back to same speed as other regiments.

What i do for events on that map, is i put platforms for GC to climb on, then they can get some kind of highground.
