Describe in your eyes, the role of the regiment and position you are applying for: Imperial Engineers are at the beating heart of the heart of the Empires success. They are responsible for ensuring that all assets from ships and weapons to doors and light switches are operational and working the highest standard. Any slip up in day to day tasks can lead to monumental failures and result in reduced efficiency. Officers in the Imperial Engineers are there to ensure that the Commanders orders are carried out to a suitable standard and all NCOs and troopers are capable of doing everything that is expected of them quickly and correctly. The Fortifier Lead is responsible for keeping the specialization alive and well as well as teaching new recruits what they are about and ensuring that they know how to use their equipment. They should make sure there is a good process for joining the specialisation as well as regular trainings for the specialisation to make sure members can make best use of the special equipment for both defensive and offensive purposes.
Why do you think you would be a good fit for the role?: I have held a variety of high ranks on Clone Wars but always found myself enjoying the more engineering based roles more. For example in RC I was always Fixer, Tech or complaining that I wasn't one of them. I have experience with running new specialisations and building them from the ground up from changing GM to DU and setting up the Centurions. I enjoy engineering roleplay so can help set a good groundwork on the new server and ensure that it does not go tits up or forgotten about.
How active can you be?: Relatively active. I am unsure as to whether I want to swap over or not. Will try dedicate a few days a week for the first month then choose.
