MED PF Changes to make it function

Suggestion 1: Give Pathfinders and MJR+ the arccw_valken38x_v2 with the following stats

Damage = 100 (-50)
Ammo = 10 (+2)
RPM = 200 (+50)

Addons Needed (workshop link): N/A (other than making sure the scope isnt comically large)
Reason: With the new update the scouting spec have no way to fight at range and are overly CQC for what they specialise in. The stats make it identical to the IQA's potential damage output but more risk of you missing.

Suggestion 2: Make the weapon_jetpack have two functions, left click = thruster & right click = jetpack and give it to MJR+
Addons Needed (workshop link): N/A (sorry devs)
Reason: The spec cannot actually play with the rest of the regiment as effectively as everyone else which for base missions makes them boring and in regards to adding it to MJR+, the jetpack is no longer OP just a nice way to move and the Seniors should be able to keep that nice aspect of the regiment and the part of being a senior which allows them to use the spec equipment

Editted to include stats to the gun cause it is not balanced to the ARCCWv2 level and would be a bit inflated if it remains with current stats.

The following Suggestions have been Partially Accepted

Suggestion 1: Myself and members of the Admin/Senior team have sat down and decided on stats for the Valkan which will be given to the Development team, with this in mind, PF will be losing access to their Shotgun and so it will be replaced with said weapon above (MJR+ will also gain access to this as it is a Regimental/Spec weapon)

Suggestion 2: Has been accepted as well, the Thruster/Jetpack combo tool will be given to PF and any MJR+
(Do keep in mind that if the Admin+ team thinks of this as too strong or found abused later in the future it will be removed without any warnings.)

Expect to see them in-game soon.

Development Update​

The Addition/Changes to the Valken have now been complete and should be implemented to the server shortly. The Thruster/Jetpack changes are still in development.
