Make backblast real,

Suggestion: add backblast damage to the RPS-6

Reason:
The RPS is a rocket launcher with same functions as a real rocket launcher. it would make a big pressure behind and if stood directly behind it, it could be fatal in some situations, so why not take that real danger and put it in on the server.
Currently one of the first things we teach in 212th is to "check backblast" it makes more sense to do so if there were an actual reason why we would check it and not just "RP".
If accepted
the backblast range shouldn't be too large. more like a small cone behind the trooper firing.
