Hello,

I highly suggest you put real effort into this and take your time writing something serious up. If we have nothing to go by then this will just result in a straight-up denial.
Also, the reason you were permanently banned is due to the warnings and bans you've acquired in the past, not because you jumped off D3.

Seniors will further handle this appeal, a response will be made by them soon. Meantime I highly suggest you re-write this and make it a proper appeal, and also think about your actions before you do certain things again in the future as this could have all been avoided if you understood the punishment you were given and why you were given it.
