High Ranking Members, Conduct and rules

Every 3 months (12 weeks) a service vote will be held by RSB, with listed IC roles voting.
This means the highest ranks in all things cannot be held for more than 12 weeks without a vote on their position.

Magna Carte Voting Rules

In order to hold IC roles more accountable with the branch they directly work with on a day to day basis and ensure their opinion is accounted for the most, while other branches also get a say, a new voting structure has been implemented.

- Votes will take place on a Google Form given out prior to the Commander's meeting and the result will be announced during the meeting
- In the absence of a Commander, the next highest rank of a regiment may vote on their behalf

- Commander + all vote individually, however the majority vote is counted towards the result as one vote

- Assistant General + voting on their Supreme General all count to the result as individual votes each
- Assistant General + vote on Admiralty individually and the majority vote is counted towards the result as one vote

- Fleet Sub Lieutenant + voting on their Admiral+ all count to the result as individual votes each
- Admiralty vote on the Supreme General individually and the majority vote is counted towards the result as one vote

Majority Voting Example: Six +1s, and Three -1s, would count as one +1 vote

Commanders are exempt from the Magna Carte, but their regiment provides regular feedback to the Generals, whom constantly review their performance, and a VONC can be requested to the General's team, if the majority of the regiment want it. Note: It is entirely to the General's team discretion whether or not a VONC is granted.


Grand Admiral / Admiral
Commander + / Fleet Sub Lieutenant + / Assistant General + to vote
- If demoted, the Grand Admiral / Admiral will be set to the rank of Naval Commander, at most.

Supreme General
Commander + / Rear Admiral + / Assistant General + to Vote
Note: ABG's & BG's are excluded from this vote.
- If demoted, the highest rank a Supreme General may join a regiment as is Major (MJR). However, they may receive any rank below this to the Commander of the regiment's discretion.

Grand Master Yoda
Jedi Master Specialist + to Vote
- If demoted, the Grand Master / Master will be set to the rank of Master Specialist.


Exceptions can be made at the discretion of RSB


OOC Involvement and Rules

Votes of no confidence held on Grand Admiral, Admiral, Supreme General, Battalion General, and Grand Master Yoda, will happen in an OOC environment in an anonymous vote held by RSB. This guarantees impartiality.

Head Admin + will never hold a permanent position of power (IC) within the servers, above the rank of Commander.
Exceptions are made when a branch is in need of extra support, in this situation RSB has full authority to deploy into a role as deemed fit, in order to get the branch back to where it should be. Owner, Co-Owner, & Senior Management are responsible for taking up the role of RSB to get involved with IC issues.


Head Admin+ cannot obtain Assistant General +, Grand Admiral, or Grand Master Yoda without first stepping down in staff. The only exception to this rule is if the role is obtained on a temporary basis, with the permission of RSB.

If a Commander / Fleet / General / Jedi General have a weekly inactivity post. IE:
Week 1, the dog died
Week 2, Nana died
Week 3, Aliens landed
Week 4, stuck in a lift for a week

This person is:
A - Really unlucky
B - Bored and taking advantage of LOAs to stay in the position; their role will be looked at by higher-ups

External Media Rules

Any user that has created an external media account must not advertise this in any way to the MVG player base. Creating MVG related media accounts falls solely to Senior Management.
MVG and its staff do not issue punishments for rule breaking on other media platforms not related to MVG.
Below is a list of media that we will monitor and respond to:
MVG Discords
MVG Regimental discords
MVG Website (Forums, Store, etc)
MVG Servers
Official MVG accounts across media platforms

All other media regardless of content and context will be exempt from punishment. This is due to a free speech factor and the ability to voice one's opinions.
Issues which directly impact a player (bullying, harassment etc) will be taken into account if it is affecting player's experience on MVG platforms.

Blatant bullying and disrespect WILL be dealt with
