Your In-Game Name: RM Commander Kixxie
Suggestion: Change of RM Senior rank names to the following:
RM MCO > Senior Medical Director ( SMD )
RM CO > Medical Director ( MD )
RM XO > Assistant Medical Director ( AMD )
Reason: Me and Clancy talked about it and we agreed that there is no sense of having "CO" or "XO" as our ranks as those are more military. It already happen that MCO is not a thing for RM or ARCs so thats even another good reason for me to make this suggestion. Overall i do not believe that as RM we should have this as our name rank you could argue that only i want to change our names but ARC seniors dont but in all honestly they are more military then we are as RM Senior and im not ARC they do what they want. It also makes more sense as we arent regiment (again you could say ARC is not regiment too but in canon they were called ARC Commanders i may be wrong so correct me if yes) we only lead medics and are there to assist regimens if they need help with medics / train and promote there Medical Officers. These are my main reasons as well as our job is litterally called like that. The only issue i can understand people could have is that Assistant Medical Director could get some people confuse with Assistant General but please lets be honest i would be really suprised there even shorts arent same ABG and AMD so i dont believe this would make any issue.
