Reason:
People didn't understand old ranks, But we wanted to keep it unique and different since we are not clones. So gong back to some of the older ranks, Thanks Toe!

I remember the a last chieftain before but he became the Harbinger then Arch-harbinger. Guess we are going back and starting that over again with a new person? All we need is the second person to tango with cause it takes two to tango.
