Suggestion: Change the Anaxes brig doors to be toggled

Reason: Opening the Anaxes brig door every time becomes annoying when we need to go from Brig to CC every time we die. And it would stop people glitching when we bring them to brig and the door closes on them, and then we have to open the door again, and make sure they walk in to the brig before the door closes in front of them.
