everyone else has said pretty much what I think, but another issue I've noticed with the models is they don't even fit in with the standard, lore accurate models. They look completely out of place. Also whats up with all the straight lines and shit?

if it hasn't changed since I was in staff there's just a google form you add +1 / -1 on depending on whether you think they're a good fit. You have to option to voice your opinion if you want to argue in favour or against someone getting staff
