Veteran Policy
Veteran is awarded to highlight our appreciation towards previous staff and developers for their work while in the teams.
This policy explains how veteran is awarded and the rules around it.
Veteran Eligibility
Veteran is awarded in a case-by-case basis based on performance throughout a staff member/developers time in the relevant team. Veteran decisions will be made by the relevant Senior Staff Members.
Staff Team: Hold the rank of Moderator+ for at least 4 months.
Event Team: Hold the rank of Event Core+ for at least 4 months.
Development Team: Hold the rank of Community Developer+ for at least 6 months
Meeting the minimum service requirement does not guarantee veteran, other factors are considered. Excessive LOA/ROA’s will be taken into account
Veteran Rank rules
Veteran will only be awarded on the server(s) you have staffed on.
You may not transfer your Veteran rank under any circumstances.
Breaking server rules may result in the removal of your Veteran rank.
Veteran can be removed without question by Senior Management.
If you are a Veteran and you re-join the staff team, you will be allowed to keep your vet no matter when you resign.
