part 1 (Core Changes To EE)

Hello

I'd like to Suggest certain amount of changes that would breath new life to EE's


Do bear in mind that this is one out of two post as the other one isnt Ready Yet... Which will be changes to EE's Weapon Stats (nerfs and buffs) should be ready some time Next week




Suggestion: add run and gun back to dual E-5BX
Addons Needed (workshop link): none
Reason: it used to be run and gun and was a good way for EE's to run away from jedi. And it isn't 100% movespeed anymore so it won't be as op as it used to be



Suggestion: Buff Elite EE jobs + EE magna speed from 240 to 285(not included B2 or droideka)
Addons Needed (workshop link): none
Reason: makes the Elite EE's slightly more dangerous and makes them be able to dodge more blaster fire. aswell as that make them more enjoyable, As Well as make Melee EE’s Fast like all melee jobs
we have some if not all weapons EEs have still reduce their speed when equipped so it wont be a massive buff



Suggestion: Give ping launcher and remove E-5C from normal heavy trooper
Addons Needed (workshop link): none
Reason: its a job that is rarely used as it is severely outclassed by other jobs except normal EE trooper also removing E-5C as it already has Z6 and is more balanced for a normal heavy job



Suggestion: make a custom ArcCW vibrosword for Elite melee and Elite captain
Stats would be
200 dmg and a attack speed of 1 hit every 1 seconds
This is all up for devs to add
Feel free to suggest different stats in comments or during staff meet

Reason: this is just because i remember the old days when jedi had to be scared of the BX captain pulling out a vibro sword and fighting back
this would also make EE melee more viable for killing important targets



Suggestion:
Make a new Bubbleshield for Droideka with a HP of 3000 (Droideka’s Damage Reduction is 60% making its Effective HP is 4800 so small nerf to HP for the possibility of recharging)
Remove Damage Reduction and nerf its HP to 1300
Make the Recharge Delay 30 seconds after shield is destroyed
Addons Needed (workshop link): none already on the server
Reason: it would be a new approach to Droideka making it a target that needs to be focused down else it would run apparent.



Suggestion: (O N L Y Accept if Suggestion above is accepted) Change Droideka models Hitbox so the bubbleshield hitbox is bigger than the droideka's hitbox
Addons Needed (workshop link): none
Reason: at the moment the droideka's hitbox is bigger and makes it almost invincible unless you are inside its hitbox and shooting.



Suggestion: Nerf B2 HP from 2500(4000) to 2000(3200) (with Damage reduction meaning Effective HP)
Addons Needed (workshop link): none
Reason: B2 is way to strong at the moment being nigh un-killable and destroying everything in its way. nerfing it means it might get allowed more often.



Suggestion: update rule

Reason: This would mean that EE Heavies have the Chance of destroying a TX or ATTE and make it more engaging, saving your npc's from the ATTE or TX mowing them down.
And make it more challenging for the 212th with the Heavy shooting at them. Possibly making them wait until someone like Green company and SDW deal with them before moving forward.


Suggestion: Give Elite Heavy The same kind of Ammo the 212th RPS has(not the smoke one) Meaning a Tanderm warhead and a High Explosive Warhead aswell as a normal Warhead

Reason: This is a way to make EE Heavy more enjoyable and bring a breath of fresh air into it. as it is rarely one of the EE’s that gets many kills during events its mostly snipers,B2 and Captain/specialist

It hasn't been announced but staff (Admin+) are working on changing the EE's. Thank you for this though we will look through it and see if we can use any of this for our changes we have planned

so basically as long as youre looking at an TX or ISP you can spam RPS, while claiming u have shit aim, and killing everyone near TX
this entire suggestions is just stupid buffs that would make the already very strong EEs like droidikeas, stronger, Buffing EE speed would basically make it impossible for jedi and SDW to duel EEs with them being able to outrun, and while shooting if they have the run and gun suggested,

First It should be Common knowledge that if the Enemy posses Anti tank capabilities then you should be standing next to the thing getting targetted. As for it being Abused it is always up to staff to reinforce said rules.

As for the Run and gun dual e-5BX it already has a movement reduction when equipped so when its out you'd move at around same speed at a normal trooper
so around the standard 240 speed

As for duels it would simply make them have a speed of 5 higher then that of the normal Jedi with speed fully spec'd and 15 speed more then SDW Speed wont matter much when SDW has Leap staff and Jedi has Leap and force speed So SDW and Jedi will Mostly be unaffected
